This amazing Pakistani Roti is one of the delicious recipes we have tried so far. The spicy roti would be without any doubt the favourite among our readers too.

We agree that there are many delecious Pakistani recipes and among those one of our favourite would be this. As we have included cheese along with potatoes and meat the taste of the roti doubles. You could also leave out the meat and add chicken or consume it without meat or chicken.
As we have already posted many breakfast recipes, this one is for dinner. But, if you would like to have a light dinner, Pakistani Roti would help you in the breakfast. Ingredients:
(Roti)
Flour– You need 600g of flour for this recipe and this is the main ingredient for the batter we are going to prepare.
Eggs– Three eggs are used for this recipe.
Oil- The amount needed.
Boiled mashed potato– The potatoes should be mashed well and we use 300g of it to the batter.
Coconut Milk– 5 Teacups of coconut milk is used here
Baking powder- As you all know the baking powder is used in a dish to make the dough or cake rise. 1 1/2tsp of baking powder is required for this roti.
Butter- This is another ingredient which makes the dish more delicious. We use 5tbsp of butter.
Vanilla- 3tsp of vanilla essence is required.
Pepper- 2tsp of pepper powder is enough.
Salt- The amount needed in the recipe.

(Filling)
Mozzarella cheese- This is the ingredient which would attract the kids. You could make the roti without Mozzarella cheese too if you prefer. Adding cheese was our personal choice.
Salt- The amount that is required.
Oil- The required amount needed for the filling.
Cardamom- This ingredient gives a special aroma whenever it is added to a dish. Use 3 cardamom here.
Onion- The onion should be mixed with salt, pepper and turmeric powder. 500g of Onions are used to this dish.
Shredded meat- Here also we use 500g of shredded meat.
Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp of ginger garlic paste is enough.
Butter- We use 4tbsp of butter for the filling.

(Roti)
Flour 600g
Eggs 3
Boiled mashed potatoes 300g
Coconut milk 5 teacups
Baking powder 1 1/2tsp
Butter 5tbsp
Vanilla 3tsp
Ppepper 2tsp
Oil
Salt
(Filling)
Oil
Butter 4tbsp
Onion 500g
Shredded meat 500g
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Cardamom 3
Salt
Mozzarella cheese

Method:
(Filling)
When the oil is heated, add butter, ginger garlic paste, cardamom and the onions which are already mixed in salt, pepper and turmeric powder. Add salt, shredded meat and let them boil.
(Roti)
Pour coconut milk, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt to a blender. Pour vanilla to it and blend the mixture. Now pour the blended batter into a bowl and add the mashed potatoes. After mixing them, in a separate bowl, mix butter and oil.
Pour the mixed butter and oil to a heated pan and pour the batter which is mixed with potatoes to the pan. Close it with a lid and after 3mins, keep in low flame and flip the roti. Later, spread the cooked filling on top and sprinkle cheese on it. Close the pan with a lid again. After another 3mins, pour the butter and the oil mixture around the corners of the roti. Close again and when the other side of the roti is boiled, flip it again. When it is boiled as well Pakistani Roti is ready to serve!
