
Bookish Refreshment is here today with a tasty pudding for the readers. Chocolate and pudding are two things that any sweet admirers would not say no to. And if it is garnished with white chocolate the taste will definitely be increased and much adored by the ones who have it.

Ingredients:
Egg whites 10
Sugar 100g
Egg yolks 10
Icing sugar 100g
Cake crumbs 100g
Roasted and ground cashew 250g
For the chocolate sauce:
Milk 500ml (Keep another 1/2 cup separately)
Sugar 150g
Cocoa powder 25g
Corn flour 10g
Chocolate shavings 125g
Melted white chocolate
Method:
Beat egg whites and granulated sugar in a bowl till peaks form. In another bowl beat egg yolks and icing sugar well. Mix the beaten egg yolks and egg whites together. Add cake crumbs and the roasted cashews to it.
Take a baking tray and fill it with water. Place another baking tray in the water filled tray and pour the beaten eggs. Heat the oven for 150C for 10mins and bake for 1 hour.
Chocolate Sauce:
To a heated pan add 500ml milk, sugar, cocoa powder and mix them well. In a separate bowl mix 1/2 cup milk and 10g of corn flour. Pour it to the cocoa powder mixture and add chocolate shavings. When the chocolate sauce gets thicken and ready take the pudding out of the oven when it’s baked and pour the sauce over it. Draw designs using the melted white chocolate on it and serve it cool!
