IS BUTTERMILK USED IN THE CHIZZA?
Yes, buttermilk is used in the Chizza. If you cannot find out buttermilk in the store and if you are not aware of how to make it at home, we have the process for you.
Pour 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to 250ml of milk and close for 5 minutes. Easy homemade buttermilk is ready to use in the Chizza.
THE BEST TOPPINGS TO USE
Toppings differs among people. Either it’s sausages, meat or chicken you can use your own option. Maximum topping would lead to a mouthful of flavoursome Chizza. More the toppings, greater the taste would be! Tomato ketchup at the base of the Chizza would be finger licking good! Do not forget the olives, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper and last but not the least the star of the recipe, CHEESE!
ARE CORNFLAKES NECCESSARY TO MAKE CHIZZA?
Of course not! Down below we have mentioned two methods to fry a crispy Chizza. But if you want the exact way of a Chizza served in KFC style, you would have to grab a bag full of corn flakes by the nearby store and proceed according to our first process. The second process could easily be done with the help of the buttermilk used in the recipe. Either way, you would be sure to enjoy the meal.
